Christine Jeffers is a holistic wellness educator with over two decades of experience in movement, energy work, and mind-body practices.
Certified as a shiatsu therapist, personal trainer, pilates instructor, and nutritional consultant, her work bridges physical training with energetic awareness and philosophical depth.
Her teaching is rooted in the belief that healing is a return to flow, balance, and connection with nature.
